Misty Flip-Im not really the one to be teaching these because im retarded and am afraid of
doing these on jumps. I hat going backwards in a fear that i will never control. So im going to leve this one up to [email protected]
All you have to do is have good body awareness in the air. A misty flip, for those of you who don't know, is basically a front flip with a 540, but its not really. All you have to do is goupto the jump with a good amount of speed. Then, at the top of the jump throw your right shoulderdown and across your body. This will put your upperbody parallel with the ground. Don't even beconcerned about anything from your waist down yet. If you wereto take a picture of your current body position you would look like you were rolling downthe hill like a log. Basically, that's allyou're doing. After your back is facing the table, start to bring your feet back down to the ground. Now you think about your lower body. For most people, you will naturally rotate around andyour feet will hit perfectly. For other people, you should at least land sideways and the second time you try it you'll get it. If you don't even land on your feet sideways, you took off at the wrongtime, need morespeed, and/or you really suck at riding. After you get the rotation you can addgrabs to it or try a 720 misty. Its not tat hard, just first time you try it suck your feet up so yourotate around faster. I learned the rotation for a 540 misty by jumping up, rolling over the top of bed, and then rolling off backwards...its actually helps.

Front Flip-This is the first cool looking trick i ever learned. As i have said before i hate going backwards so i skipped the first step, learning backflips and went straight to this. Ok alot of people think that they can do front flips just because they can do them on a tramp. Those people are the people that should also have suicidle tendancies! Ok dont do this to often, but go onto your trampoline wearing skiboots try a flip not very easy is it. Thatsbecause you have about a few extra pounds. Ok now try it tucking your legs into your stomach. The extra weight should help you turn and you might beable to land on your feet. If you cant land it right keep trying and you will get it eventually. Sure you can do a flip on a tramp but how well are you on snow? The key's to a successful flip is height, speed, type of jump, and timing. If you can get very high in the air your chances of a successful jump increase. Any idiot that can move their body can do a front flip. So i have come up with an irrelivant formula. IQ2+100=Vert This formula has no basis on it so dont think that because your IQ is 20 you can do a flip at 120 inches in the air. This was just to show the average idiot can accomplish a flip. So just get as high as you can and you should be fine. If you are verticaly challenged go back to green circles. Speed is one of the most important variants. If you get speed you hit jumps, if you hit jumps you get momentum, with momentum you get easy flips. Got it, good. Type of junp is an essential, never try to do a jump off of a half pipe! I made a little rhyme. If it curves quite alot, flips will prove you were smoking pot! So be safe dont do them. Timing is very important that you chave to make a jump on time. If you jump off a jump late you will be jumping on air and your flip will be shallow. If you jump off of a jump early you will lose the rest of the jump and you will most likely trip on the horizon of the jump.

Back Flip-It goes backwards I hate it! Let [email protected] handle this. Go fast up a steep table, throw your head andshoulders back, keep looking, and make sure you suck your knees into your chest. I've seen somany people try a backflip on skis, a snowboard, or skiboards, not suck their feet up and either land on their back, their head, or chest and I'll tell you right now it hurts like a mother. I've had to help people up from stuff like that. Get comfortable with the rotation before you throw any grabs into it. My personal favorite is throwing a backflip with an under tow grab...can you tell I like that grab?

Bio Spins- Looks good when you do it. Ok lots of peole think bioflips look bad when you do them forward. Me They dont bug me one bit. I would prefer them landing backwards but listen, When first trying this trick land it forward bakwards your first time justget rather confusing so try a back later. I would prefer a 180 to start out then goto 360 then 540 and look really fancy with a 900. Go up like you're gonna spin, throw your right shoulder down towards the ground, and suck up your feet. DO NOT GO UPSIDE DOWN. Then keep rotating and bring it
around.
